Geoffrey Hartwell is a Consulting Engineer who practises as an Arbitrator, Adjudicator and Expert for Determination.  He may be retained also as an Expert Witness in Court or in Arbitration either by a Party or as a Joint Expert or as a Tribunal Expert.  In addition, Geoffrey lectures and offers talks on Dispute Resolution and related topics.
