Fees are generally negotiable, with out-of-pocket disbursements at cost.  Geoffrey is not registered for Value Added Tax.



For Institutional Arbitration, the terms of the Institution usually are acceptable.  For all other work, fees are negotiable on the basis of daily and hourly rates.   For appropriate lower-value disputes, Geoffrey is willing to consider proportionate fees.

 

For personal reasons, Geoffrey travels with a carer, which necessarily means that expense includes both fares.  Mrs Beresford Hartwell makes no charge as carer.
